2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus 4X4

Today as I was heading to go downtown to a doctor's appointment. I suddenly had a flat tire, right away I pulled into the first parking lot and Thank Goodness it was Dishman Dodge Service Center in Spokane Valley and not on the freeway or middle of downtown. I walked in to see if it was possible to get some air to hold my tire to head to Discount tire where my tires are covered for flats. Micah Young came out and looked at the tire and then had Dylan to see what he could do. He put my spare on for me, thank goodness again. Because it started to rain. I am so entirely grateful for them, taking time in their busy schedule to stop and help me out. Amazing customer service, going above and beyond.

Robert in the service center has been great! Putting up with warranty companies for me and always staying in good contact. I will try to make sure that this is the only place I bring my Ram for anything.
