It was great working with Tim at Griffin Ford. I bought a used work van for my business in Madison, WI. I made 2 trips: 1 test drive and 1 to buy it/drive home. The van I was interested in was listed on Carfax as having a tow hitch (which I need), and when I arrived to test drive it, I realized it did not actually have one! Upon my relaying this, TIm offered to have the hitch from another van they had installed on it, at no extra charge over what it was originally listed at. They did so in a week, plus go the van nice and cleaned up, so I was able to get it a week later. I really appreciated that - Thanks, Tim!
