2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus 4X4

Bought a cheap daily driver X3 from Ryan and he was pleasant, easy to work with and straightforward with my purchase. At no point did I feel like I was getting hassled, the run-around, or anything but the truth. They are an honest broker which isn't easy to find in the used car game. I knew exactly what I was getting I paid exactly what was fair for it. The entire transaction took about 20 minutes once I decided I wanted the car As titles go, sometimes they can get a little delayed and he was nice enough to drop it in the mail the very next day, allowing me to save some time in not driving back down SLC I would absolutely work with them again.

Tom and and TW team are exceptionally honest and an incredible asset to our community. If you are in the market for a used vehicle I highly recommend you check them out. They purchase a brunt of their inventory as trade-ins from local big brands like Mark Miller Subaru (as opposed to auctions) and take their time to ensure the vehicles are up to snuff before letting them go out the door. I am a nervous buyer whenever it comes time to spend more than a few hundred bucks and neurotically spent months looking for the right vehicle until finally stumbling upon this shop-- and am glad I did. In my case, they got me into a 2013 BMW X1 that literally drove like a brand new car off the lot. However-- and here's the kicker-- I bought the car in February and none of us realized the AC wasn't operational (it heated just fine). No problem! I went back to them (6 months after buying the car) and they worked with me to get it fixed. I felt valued as a customer and as a person. You can not go wrong with these guys.
