2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus 4X4

I made an appointment here for a recall warranty on my vehicle in the service department. When I pulled up was amazed to see the garage doors open and have dry drop off for customers first. Then realized the Hunter alignment machines that check every vehicle as the enter service. Easy and helpful. Then quick and convenient to check in and get car rolling. Waited a few minutes and then Josh my service advisor asked if I need ride and was offered a shuttle home. Complimentary so I took it up. Was able to have easy communication through text instead of phone calls. And was very clean and everyone in dealership was polite and friendly. Wasn’t sure what to expect due to Throughbred Ford in Kansas City complete lack of anything and them wasting days not getting recall accomplished. I would highly recommend anyone with Ford to use this dealership for the needs they need!

We had a great experience with Paris. She was new to sales, but did her best to answer our questions, or find someone who had the answer! The finance processing took longer than we hoped, mainly due to the time of day, but she entertained our 5 year old while we completed paperwork. She was wonderful! I would highly recommend her! The dealership was easy to work with, but we were told the car we went to see had already sold (after our 2 hours commute) but thankfully fell through and we were able to leave with the one we went for!

Meet Dreamy.... lol my perfect new ride I got from Daniel at Laird Noller. I went in looking to trade in my previous vehicle and get something newer, never would have imagined I d be driving this beauty. A 2023 Ford Escape Active, So new I am the only owner of this SUV, only miles put on it is what I ve put on it so far, this ride has it all for me, decent sound system, heated steering wheel, heated seats, rides very smooth, makes the commute to work all the smoother, everything I asked for Daniel was able to get, and I m going to say the service has just been amazing, and recommend very highly that if your looking for a new vehicle Laird Noller Ford is where you want to go... ask for Daniel, him and their manager got me the best deal around.....
