Today I visited the dealership and was enlightened by the professionalism, that was exhibited by Angela B. I had been getting my moms vehicle, service there for three years and I had never received any treatment of kindness, like I received today. Angela B reminds me of a grandmother’s early morning breakfast, with honey ham, grits, potatoes, cheese eggs, and biscuits. Everything tastes so good. That’s how her professionalism was today, great. After being recommended by a family member to specifically meet Salesperson Tori. We went check out the Bosak Kia inventory to look at one of their 2022 Kia Seltos EX models. Tori was a very transparent, inviting, & an extremely informative salesperson. Very wonderful to deal with after going through the initial walkthrough, test drive, and eventually pricing/financing after really loving the car available. Ended up trading in our 2019 Nissan to move forward with a new ride. Tori made the transition effortless; while also assisting other customers when needed during the time in between negotiations and financing.
