2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus 4WD

Truly, it was a refreshing experience ...as I bought this 2018 Subaru Forester, last week, from Aspen Motor Company (for my parents). In that effort, I conversed with Christian, Joel, and Mary Grace. The buying process was easy, simplified, and straightforward. No surprises, and I'm happy and grateful to say it felt like it was more about relationship and mutual benefit, and not so much about the sale/money! We were/are very happy with the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Aspen to others, and will likely buy again soon from them (for our daughter). I found them to be honest and caring car people, which is infamously rare in the auto-sales industry. Thank you, Joel and Mary Grace, and good on you for setting such a high standard! =) Update: I just bought another vehicle from Aspen. This time a 2017 Subaru Forester (green). The process went great. No surprises. And, they were very generous to put in a new battery, bumper cover, and filled the gas tank ...really without me having to ask (and no extra charge). They just offered. This is the kind of quality and do-unto-others people they are. I highly recommend them! Honestly, they're the best auto dealership I've ever dealt with.

We want to share our experience at Aspen Motors in Ozark Mo. We just purchased our very first Subaru, 2018 Subaru Forester. We have dealt with big car dealers before, and you feel like you are the next meal for vultures, they won’t leave you alone, even after you leave, they call and text you for weeks. It’s not that way at Aspen Motors. We had the best experience. We had the most awesome sales person. Her name is Christian. She was so knowledgeable, knew about all the vehicles, answered all our questions, and was SO KIND!!! We would highly recommend Aspen Motors, and Christian!!!

I have wrote a review in both yelp as well as Facebook. My experience was awsome. Everyone was great honest upfront and any concerns they took seriously and addressed immediately no high pressure honest people from sales, mechanic and owners. They also stand by there warranty. I got an awesome vehicle at awesome price from great people. I distrust most cars sales people I had to watch them play there game then up sell you on thinks you don't need and all the pressure they put on you. NOT at Aspen Motors total different experience no pain with people who stand behind there word. Thank you Aspen it's truly nice to see some business still have Integrity and TRUE customer service ???? ????
