They are knowledgeable helpful and take all the hassle out of buying a car. We did all our paper work online in advance. When we arrived we were greated by our sales associate brad. He had everything ready for us including refreshments and walked us through our car and all it's features introduced us to the manager and all the departments got us set up with our first service appointment and the parts department to get any accessories we wanted to get for the extra besides what came with it. Great experience

Very pleased with my experience leasing a new EV6 from Overturf. The entire staff was friendly, patient and honest. This experience was right up there with the best car buying/leasing experiences I have had. I live out of the area, so it was important for me to work with people who were patient and willing to commit to firm numbers before I made the trip to the dealership. Doyle Turner worked with me via email to select a vehicle and answer all of my questions. At no point during the purchase process did I feel like I was being pressured to do anything. Even the finance manager made it very clear that there was no pressure on me to purchase any extras. He even pointed out flaws in my previous vehicle contract that I wasn't aware of (from another Kia dealer!). Because EVs prices, values and incentives are fluctuating wildly right now, I was on the fence whether or not it was time to trade in my previous EV, and whether to buy or lease a new one. As a result, I was not an easy customer and took almost three weeks to make a decision. Despite this, Doyle and the rest of the sales and financing staff were patient, understanding and willing to give me the time and space to make an educated decision. Very happy with my experience at Overturf!
