2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus 4X4

I was in need of some warranty work and a safety recall done, Eide Subaru took care of all of those needs. I was able to get a loaner vehicle and I liked it so much I decided to buy my self a different model Subaru. I absolutely love my new forester wilderness. It is beautiful! All the people in the service department were super nice and helpful. Thanks to the sales team I was able to receive my car without hesitation! I have loved all 5 Subarus I have purchased. I would recommend Eide Subaru to anyone looking for friendly staff to put you in a new/used vehicle!

These folks have been nothing short of excellent to work with. We knew a few years back, when i had the 2010 in for an engine rebuild (my fault for the engine issue), we would sooner or later catch up to the tech and times and buy a new one from them. We came in, knowing what we wanted, and there was no pressure or even what felt like was a rush or upsell…. A review wouldn’t be complete without a shoutout to Charlie Bell, who is hands-down, in my lifetime of dealing with salesmen, the most laidback, chill dude you’ve ever met. Honestly, he’s like, “trade-in will get you this, but, since your vehicle is a few weeks out, you could probably sell it on Marketplace for more than we’d be able to offer. Do what’s best for you guys and keep in touch.” Nice. My wife will never own anything but a Subaru and Charlie was probably another one of the million reasons why. And since this post is supposed to be for Eide Subaru, let me say that their price-point was below the next couple dealerships, enough that we purchased some extended warranties and phone apps that we likely would not have, should we have had to travel to other locations for the purchase.

I had a wonderful experience at Eide Subaru this week! Everyone there is welcoming and helpful when you are purchasing a vehicle. A huge shout out to Jeremiah who was so helpful to learn a new vehicle and complete my purchase. Tom and Kendall gave good input as well. I also appreciate Mike in Finance for patiently walking me through the mounds of paperwork. It is excellent customer service like this that brought me back to Subaru to purchase a second vehicle from them. Thank you and great job everyone!
