Came to have two security software updates as well as fix a trunk latch that no longer worked. I was unaware that the trunk latch was under a recall. They were kind enough to research and make sure the part was available and have it taken care of. The next day, I went to drop off my car in the morning they were very attentive and got to work on my car right away. Within a few hours, it was done. No cost. Car was cleaned outside and the service was excellent. Thank you Kathleen for doing such a great job and helping me through this process. Best customer service I’ve had in a dealership.
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! They made the deal happen. Great customer service!! I went to multiple dealerships but this by far was the best one. Great teamwork involved to make it happen!
