Great experience! We picked truck online and did payment estimate and submitted financial application. We were contacted and made appointment same day. When we arrived truck was ready to test drive and paperwork ready to sign. Catfish helped us and was very personable and informative. The payment we did online was same when we arrived, no surprise charges. This is why we walked out of several dealerships previously. Catfish answered all questions professionally. He stayed with us until ready for financing. Manny in finance was also great! Explained all options and allowed us to make decisions without being overly persistent!
