2025 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon

This review is for the service department. Our 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan was having problems that we determined to be transmission related. We contacted several local auto shops who didn't even want to touch it. Then I was calling and talking to one place in Grand Junction and Flower Motor in Montrose (we live in between in Delta). Every time I called the other place, the guy who answered the phone didn't know the answers to any of my questions so he'd take my name and number and tell me the mechanic would call me back, and every time, it was days before I got called back. Every time I called Flower Motor, the woman who answered the phone (I believe her name is Kylie), could answer all of my questions, she knew what she was talking about, and she was very friendly and professional. Turns out we needed to have the entire transmission and cooler replaced. That's a big job. Flower Motor was going to be more expensive than the place in Grand Junction, but Flower was much more professional, they had a vehicle to loan me at no extra charge for the ten days expected to do the work, and a really good warranty on the new transmission (including covered service at any Dodge dealership in the country.) So we went with Flower. They did great work. The quote was pretty much spot-on... I think it was about $10 less than quoted. It did take a couple days longer than expected because of a family emergency... but that's totally understandable. Life happens. And I had their loaner vehicle, at no charge, so it worked fine for me. The day after returning the loaner and picking up my van, I realized I had left something important in their vehicle, but I was stuck at home with a sick kid. Service manger Kylie brought it all the way to my house in Delta! How's that for great customer service! It has been nearly 6 months now since we got our van fixed. Since then, we've gone to Salt Lake City, Denver, and Colorado Springs, and we have not had any problems with the transmission or the work done by Flower Motor.

We have purchased three vehicles, now from Flower Motor and have enjoyed the vehicle's for years. Kenn is clear with options from finance to vehicle models, knowledgeable and really gets you the best value for your money. Bill & Kenn are great with an informative calm atmosphere during the decision process and no pressure to buy. Highly recommend!

For the past couple of years, I have been looking to update my 2013 Subaru Outback manual transmission, which I purchased from Flower Subaru in 2019. Over the July 4th holiday I found a 2021 Jeep Compass on the website. Rob Whistlar greeted me with a smile and we took it out for a test drive. I'm so pleased with the outstanding service that Rob, Bill, and Roberto gave me through this process. I'm looking forward to the driving experience of the Jeep Compass. Thanks again!
