I bought a car this week and it was completely painless all thanks to Bill Tierney! He was always fast with responding to texts, answered every phone call, and did an amazing job of keeping me updated through the entire process. As a younger female I was told not to walk into a dealership without my Dad there to help me or else I’d get screwed. From the second I walked into 495 I was greeted with nothing but kindness.
