2020 Dodge Durango SXT Plus RWD

This is the best car dealership I've ever been to! I was searching around for weeks for a specific car, a 2013-2015 Volkswagen Jetta. I've went to multiple dealerships and when my last deal fell through with the dealership I came here and was not disappointed. Melanie was such an amazing salesperson, made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped on the lot, allowing me to look at the car, test drive as long as I wanted, and answered any questions I had, even offered to do a quick fix on the vehicle I wanted free of charge. Financing process was smooth and they were able to add in a 2 year warranty with little change in payments, even met me at my desired down payment. Here you don't feel like a customer but more like a friend, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car and will be coming here again the next time I need one ????

I had one car in mind when I arrived and bombarded them with questions, also referring to the carfax report I had run on the car. Both were patient and confident in their responses. I felt very much at ease and in good hands. I did not feel like I was talking to a sales person, more like a friend who cared that I got the car I wanted with no major problems. I bought a 2005 Mercedes with an impeccable interior, low mileage and had been well kept up with. I took it to a specialist today and they too were impressed with condition of the car. Angel was AMAZING!! he was so friendly and accommodating. He answered all our questions, explained everything, and made sure we understood. He was fully supportive of us test driving as many cars as we wanted, and getting a pre-purchase inspection from a mechanic of our choosing. OG Automotive took care of the minor concerns found on the inspection (replacing windshield wipers, lights) and they communicated throught the process. The cars here are in incredible quality - we looked at several shops and each time, it was clear that OG Automotive really has the best quality inventory at fair prices. We felt confident and comfortable making a purchase with Angel. As a woman buying a used car, this was such a comfortable experience. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else. THANK YOU!
