2020 Dodge Durango SXT RWD Plus

Back in August, my old 2012 Kia Rio finally gave out on me. I went in to Jenkins Kia of Ocala at the very beginning of September after talking back and forth with Carl, but was a little nervous when I arrived and he was helping another customer. Sure enough, Wanda, one of the people he trained, took me out to test drive some of the ‘21 Forte models, and all of my worries were gone. Wanda knew all the specs of both models I test drove, and she was very patient and knowledgeable with any questions I had. It came time to talk about pricing and financing and down payments, and I didn’t have the money to put down that same day, while also not expecting to drive off the lot for another week or two. But guess what? Wanda got me in the car that same day. Mack in the financing department was phenomenal at his job. He ran me down the list of everything I would be paying for, and he was very thorough in his explanation. Any follow-up questions I had, and the entire time through the process from beginning to being financed, he was there, open, and available for anything I needed. There was a slight hiccup in my financing; this was no fault of Jenkins Kia, as my credit score is still in the rebuilding phase, and for a little bit of time, I wasn’t even sure I would be able to keep the car, but then, between Carl and Mack, they worked out an amazing deal with Florida Credit Union for me, and even ended up taking the cost down for me to fit within the FCU requirements. And now here I am, 3 months later, still in my beautiful 2021 Kia Forte writing this review. I wanted to say thank you to Carl, Wanda, and Mack for making my first time car buying process painless. If you’re looking for a new (or newER) car than you have now, I cannot recommend Carl and Wanda enough, as well as the team at Jenkins Kia of Ocala.
