2023 Dodge Durango SXT RWD

My experience at Superior was excellent. I rented a car and had my car repaired there after visiting several places for estimates. When I arrived to pick up my car, Daniel, one of the mechanics, was on his way to lunch but kindly got out of his truck and walked back inside to let the staff know I had arrived. Throughout my visit, multiple mechanics checked on me to make sure I was being helped. Their customer service is outstanding, and Libby handles everything efficiently and quickly. Not only was my car fixed, but it was also returned in better condition than I left it as in CLEAN. Both the rental and the body shop had excellent customer service. The woman from the rental side was so helpful by phone and got me in to my rental quick! And Libby got my car fixed ASAP. Highly recommend them.
