My sister was a customer of Carlos years ago before he opened his own business and she said he was the best. Recently she got a honda crv from him and was raving on him. I did not think I would have a chance due to A past repossession but he was able to make it work for me. Today I was blessed enough to ride off in a beautiful Buick enclave. Mr. Carlos Johnson was the most honest, upfront, tell you what it is salesman I have met. Like his business Carlos gave me a second chance a break when I needed it and understanding that most would not offer. Easy to work with , stayed on top of everything , and made sure he exhausted all avenues to seal the deal. Communication was on point. 10/10 highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about my experience Second Chance Auto Sales LLC. I found a car that was the right price and style I needed on the website. Setting up an appointment was easy. Carlos met my husband and I at our convenience, we test drove the car and full transparency the cars transmission was slipping, we told Carlos and he took it to get serviced immediately and even sent me a picture of the car at the transmission garage. I was disappointed however, Carlos kept in touch with me and because he was able to get everything fixed I did end up purchasing the car in the long run. He is an honest guy and very transparent and not pushy at all. He truly wants to put you in a vehicle that runs and fits your budget! He actually exceeded my expectations, we all know when buying a car at a dealership takes hours of back and forth negotiations and BS. Carlos had us in and out with our new to us car in a little over an hour with all the signing! As the kids now a days say... 10/10 do recommend! Carlos not only gave me an amazing deal on a good vehicle, but was incredibly honest, extraordinarily accommodating, and even helped me get my other vehicle home so that I could then drive the car i purchased from him, this involved driving an hour and a half each way. Carlos is not only the most honest car salesman you'll ever meet, but probably one of the most honest people you'll meet in your life. I think he legitimately wants to help people by getting them into the cars they want and need. I will definitely be a returning customer. So when I say, "ive got a guy" when you're looking to buy a car, Carlos is who im talking about.
