I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Burr Oak Auto. Jordan is a top notch salesman. He made the experience comfortable and was up front about any issues that normally come with the vehicle I bought. Nelly, although it was her first day was personable and attentive. Wish her all the best as she continues her training. The service team also was also taking care of some small issues while I was there so I could drive off the lot with my car in as good of shape as they could send it. Odie (sorry if the spelling is wrong) was thorough and straight with me about the financing process as well as just a cool dude. The owner also was very accomodating. Overall a good experience. For anyone thinking of buying a car here I would recommend coming in with a preapproval from Navy Federal. They work with Burr Auto and it makes everyone's life just a little easier.
