We had a great experience with Moritz Kia. Found the car we had been looking for. They were all very helpful and made the process very easy for us. We were so sad to trade in our Denali but grateful for the new 2024 Telluride we bought.
The salesman Johnny was great and the finance Christian was great, but being late in the day and a holiday next day, in my opinion, it took too long to get the finance and my credit union together to finish the buying experience. The car, so far, is running great and you are a lot better than Hiley Mazda of FTW. Y'all ran straight and true and didn't add any extra charges, fees and conveniences. Thank you for that. Johnny kept up with us and was a great help. I'll def come back for any future car purchases.
One of the best car buying experiences yet. Pedro was awesome! Everyone was very transparent throughout the whole process without being pushy. Even their finance manager explained the pros of the different warranties without pressure. No games going back and forth asking me what I can afford and what do I want my payments to be like I have experienced elsewhere. I highly recommend this dealership and their staff!
