2021 Dodge Durango GT Plus RWD

Called about a 2018 Tahoe Texas Edition seen on the dealer’s website on a Friday morning, talked to David Brooks. He said they just got it in and it was in mechanical inspection. He offered to go find it and send me a video since no photos were online yet. I got a video walk-around about five minutes later. I asked him to check a spot on LF fender that looked like a scratch. He grabbed a detail guy to clean it and turned out to just be bug guts. Saturday went to see the vehicle and it’s all clean, waxed, oil changed, rear brake pads replaced and ready to drive away. Berenice (Bree) Rebollar, in finance, was very up-front explaining everything and patiently answered all questions. The price was several thousand less than metroplex dealers for similar vehicles. Uriel was amazing! I originally went for a 2015 Chevy traverse. Uriel was very concerned about the safety of my kids and myself and pulled the vehicle. Uriel and the Southwest Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram team didn’t want me to leave empty. Uriel worked really hard and I ended up driving off in a 2019 Jeep grand Cherokee limited. I am so beyond grateful and still so excited about my new Jeep! Honestly one of the best dealerships iv been too. Jansen was absolutely amazing through the entire process and will definitely be back to work with him again. They gave us a pretty good deal on our trade in and didn’t have to haggle too much to get a fair rate. Finance/paperwork was a breeze with Bre.
