I have gone to this place several times over the last 12 years but this visit was by far the best. I barely had to wait, I was provided a shuttle home because my car needed some time to repair. The car was ready and out for me to pick up. The oil change on another car took about an hour. I was very happy with the service provided by Terrence West.
I just went this pass weekend to do maintenance on my civic hatchback and ended up turning in my lease and left with a CR-V. I am so pleased so far with my new car! It is so spacious for me and my family of 3 and drives so smoothly. All its safety features are perfect for me as a new mom that worries about everything. My sales guy, Roo, was amazing to work with. He made the process as quick and smooth as possible. He was able to negotiate a good monthly price for me that was within my range, and he made sure I was happy with my new purchase. He even gave me a call when I left to ensure that I was happy with my vehicle. Customer service 100! I don’t think I’ll ever leave Honda.
My Car means the most to me so when I really need something, I love that this location is less than 10minutes from me. This is my only location that I depend on and I love that as long as I been coming here for the most part the same staff is still there. That speaks volumes because they know my car, they know me and I can trust them. One Advisor that stands out to me is Mr. Bevil. When I book and if he’s there, he often ends up assisting me really fast which is great because he is absolutely amazing. Very hospitable, very polite, and very informative, he’s definitely on his game and I’m often satisfied with the return of my vehicle.
