I really appreciate his professionalism, honesty, and integrity. He wasn’t pushy; he respected my wishes and went above and beyond to help me find the car I wanted. He answered all my questions thoroughly and above-all, showed me that he valued my time. He made the car buying experience a pleasure. Moises was the sales manager. He was patient and kind, and took the time to assure me that I was getting the best deal. And the finance manager, Obed Padilla, was very knowledgeable, customer-focused, and transparent. He made sure I understood the terms of the loan and helped me evaluate if I truly needed any extra warranties. We came here to look at a RAM 1500 and worked with Raul who helped show us a few vehicles. Raul was very professional and helpful and worked to get us a great deal on the truck. Unfortunately they didn’t have the color we were set on but the entire experience start to finish was fast, easy, and exactly what you hope for in a car buying experience. If we are looking for another car in the future we will definitely keep Texan in mind thanks to Raul’s amazing help. We plan to bring our cars here for service and maintenance as well!
