This was a very pleasant experience for me. I looked at an ID.4 and they had a phenomenal price on it. I didn't have a ride as my other car is getting fixed at a Ford dealership and Tony offered to send an Uber to pick me up. He was very helpful and set me up with Android Auto and Electrify America, as well as showed me all the features of the car. The buying process was straightforward and they didn't try to rip me off like every other dealer. Brandon showed me additional things I could include for the lease, but he wasn't pushy and clearly stated they were optional.
This is absolutely the best dealership I have ever visited. All of the employees are attentive, professional and treat you with respect. Purchasing a new vehicle can be a stressful situation, but here they are honest, personable and there is no high-pressure. You can drive away in a new vehicle knowing you received a fair price and excellent service. Highly recommend!
The service was great on our 2024 Atlas Cross Sport. They have a waiting area similar to a hotel lobby, an array of coffee to choose from and a TV playing. They were courteous and pretty quick with the maintenance service; they even offered to wash our vehicle after the service work was finished.
