I came to Brad at Davis after being run around on by a local dealership. I gave very specific requests on pricing, down payments, and trade-ins, and he gave me a great deal over the phone, since we live a few hours away, that he honored completely once we arrived in person. The finance manager was also extremely personable, helpful, and not pushy at all. My parents were with me and mentioned it was the easiest car sale they'd ever been a part of.
