The process was smooth, excellent customer service since 2014 when my husband purchased his silverado truck till present! One reason satisfied customer chooses to come back despite we had to go through buyback on our first EV … Never had a negative experience with anyone in GM family whom we dealt with during our multiple visits due to our car servicing. Hello JP it was good to meet you. I’ve had my car serviced here for years and always had a great experience at Paradise Cadillac and Chevrolet. I came in to get my car serviced and was not looking to buy a new car. But I knew my next new car would be an electric Cadillac. I had an amazing experience buying my car with Joshua Porter.
