2023 Dodge Durango GT Plus RWD

I needed to go by dealership today for some help with learning features of my Grand Cherokee. Allen Samuels is an excellent dealership. The remodeling is really nice and new management are great to work with. No matter what my need has been they are there to help. From Preston and Nate in sales to JD in service, they work as a team. Truly enjoy my new Grand Cherokee Summit. While there I needed to go by service to see why my auto stop/stop was not activating. JD greeted me by name and took time to come out to the car and check things out. Plus he showed me how the keyless lock system worked and explained some features that I forgot to ask Nate during the explanation. He set me up a preferred time to bring my car in so they could check out the stop/start feature. He always takes the extra time to explain what is done Always a pleasure to work with him.

Bought a 2024 Hyundai Venue a couple days ago. Had not purchased a car in 20 years & was very nervous! We were immediately greeted with the friendliest, most pleasant car salesman any of us had ever met...Mr. Calvin Harvey. He was patient, kind, answered ever tiny question I had, and treated us like we were family. My nerves melted and it became one of the best experiences of my life.
