2023 Dodge Durango GT Plus RWD

This was my first time buying a car at a lot and I had a great experience. Sayid was wonderful. He explained everything very well and they were so friendly. The part I appreciated the most was that they were completely transparent about everything and that made me feel great about the choice. My husband and I needed a car with a larger backseat and there was the perfect Jeep at Fort Thomas. We worked with Morgan Thomas and the used car Manager, both were great. They were willing to work with our budget, and understood the “wants” we had for the car. We ended up agreeing on a deal and took the car home that night. Easy process, they took care of everything.

I had been doing online comparative shopping for a new Charger and was pleased with the options and prices so I stopped into the dealership. I have bought quite a few cars in the last 45 years and this experience ranked as one of the better experiences. Dakota Murphy and Morgan Thomas worked with me from the time I had narrowed my decision to two cars, to the test drive, and returning with my wife to finalize the deal. No high pressure tactics which would shut me down immediately, they never tried to insult my intelligence, and were nothing but friendly and professional. To top it off Bri in the finance department presented a better loan offer, just icing on the cake. My previous Dodge had been serviced here and I can only hope they still maintain the same level of service they previously had, and as the sales staff provided me in the past few days.
