2018 Dodge Durango SXT Plus AWD

It was hands down the best car buying experience we’ve had! We received phenomenal customer service from our Salesman Antonio Heredia who was absolutely perfect for us. We bought a used 2022 Outback Touring XT, and considering this is not a car from Toyota, he knew and guided us through every question we had about the car. Also, great personality too! All the people we worked with including the Sales Manager, GM and Finance Department were all wonderful. We visited Freeman 3X this weekend and didn’t feel rushed, pressured, or cheated. The actual process of buying the car was fast and efficient with up-to-date technologies. Most of all they kept the lines of communication open for negotiations. The Hosts/Salesmen out front opening the door is a great touch too. The experience was the epitome of true customer service. THANK YOU!!!

I am thrilled with my new car and I got a very good deal. Liam is a patient professional and a very nice guy. My only complaint is that I got a terrible price for my trade in. It was an ancient Prius with a burned out tire pressure sensor, but still.

Salesman are not pushy and they genuinely want to help. Matt was my salesman and he got me in and out in a day with a new car. Ian in finance did his absolute best getting me a deal and I couldn’t be happier with the service from all of the employees at this dealership.
