We would like to sincerely thank Kenneth our salesman and Josh the finance manager. We originally came to Jeremy Franklin in 2021, at the time I did not know how Missouri taxes worked. Josh came out and spent his time explaining it all to me and gave me the amount at the time would be due. Kenneth was THE most pleasant, knowledgeable and low pressure salesman. The sale didn't work out then but I knew that when I was ready to buy I was coming back to Jeremy Franklin specifically because of those 2 individuals. Here we are 2024 and that is exactly what we did and when we found Kenneth still working there we were SO excited!! We immediately grabbed him, we showed up late around 5:30-6pm on a Tuesday, we left with our new car that night! When Josh came out to close our paperwork I immediately tried to remind him of our first interaction back in 2021. Doesn't matter how busy he is in the back, he takes his time explaining all the paperwork with you!! These 2 people made car buying so easy and I never forgot either one of them. Please let them know how valued they are!
Went to Jeremy Franklin on 4/22. Deon my sales guy was awesome. Everyone there made me feel welcome. I drove away in a 2022 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. Thank everyone so much. If you are in the market for a new or used car, I HIGHLY recommend Jeremy Franklin. Best car buying experience ever!
