Recently got a 2016 Chevy Malibu and had the pleasure of dealing w/ Jody. He actually reached out to me during my work day and I could tell he had concern for my situation and wanted to help, not just "get me in something". I had been dealing with several dealerships prior to this one and if I'm honest, I left each one more mad than the last. Really just had a bad taste in my mouth for car buying in general. But this guy here is great, he knows what he's talking about, and you can tell he's genuine in what he says. I didnt quite feel like he was just saying what I wanted to hear to get me to make a decision quickly. He actually showed a noticeable and honest interest in MY interest. With buying a used car I never expected to drive out of there with as nice of a vehicle, with as little miles, and with ZERO scratches/dings but I did. Jody ran a carfax report on it for free which was very encouraging. And the warranty they offered me was incredible, and just as incredibly priced considering what all it covers. I feel like these guys have a better relationship with more reasonable loaners as well so they're able to actually get you a loan (unless you doubtfully just have money falling out of your pockets) The majority of the vehicles they have here are in superb condition, and I really mean the majority. I told Jody what I wanted, what I was okay without having and what I wouldn't go without, and he made sure the car I ended up with had all I expected, wanted, and more.. Even Randy, the man that helped me with my loan and straightened up a lot of my paperwork was extremely nice. He took the time to explain to me how my payments would work, how I could pay, how my warranties worked, and then actually took the time to listen to my questions. Having said all that, I dont want to think about the day I have to car shop again, however.. That day will more than likely be here.
