2014 Dodge Durango SXT Plus AWD

Dave was very personable and made sure we had everything we needed! There was a storm the night before we picked up the car and he let me know that the car was put inside for the night and out the weather. That kind of customer service is not something you see often. I highly recommend anyone to go and see Dave for their next vehicle purchase!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this dealership’s service department deserves a stellar review. I am from out of state and I was traveling through, when bad fuel destroyed my engine. This dealership not only replaced my entire engine, but also kept me informed twice a week of every update along the way. Chris is the service manager and he and his staff, especially Lakelynn, set the bar high for professionalism in customer service!

Had my Silverado towed in after my water pump and belt gave out. Tyson and the staff got right to work on it and got me back on the road in no time flat. Yes, it was expensive, but not really any worse than other reputable businesses. They had the parts in stock and I felt they were more than fair. I would definitely recommend Gastorf Chevrolet service department and Tyson Stevener!
