2017 Dodge Durango SXT Plus AWD

Excellent service from Rico and Aaron! My Kia had a couple of recalls and I also needed some work for yet another cross country drive. Rico spent the day working one on one with the mechanic and myself to figuring out what I wanted done so that I could get back home for the holidays, safely.. They took care of everything we needed and Aaron was very kind when we arrived to pick it up. I would absolutely recommend this location. Reminder that dealership service isn't cheap, but they are certified with the care of your car. 10/10 ????

I really like the atmosphere at this dealership. I've bought a lot of cars over the years, and I would say this was my most pleasant experience. My first visit I wasn't planning on buying yet and they weren't pushy at all, and were very helpful. When looking to purchase the second time around, they were very patient with me while I looked at my buying options. After purchasing, I was shown around the facility and even met the big boss! Definitely recommend this dealership.

The Advisor Reeco Williams was very helpful and informative when it came down to the technician sending me updates he stated only 2 things needed attention air filter and 2 rear tires that were recommended to be changed out I declined due to charge for parts and labor on changing out the filter it’s a 10 second change out on the filter and was going to be charged $25 for labor (SMH!!) The tires are still in good shape. Upon receiving my car after oil service my tires were not rotated or put the correct air pressure as stated by the Tech the inside cabin filter was stated it did not need for attention's after checking it myself it was more filthy than my my air filter. So this time around I give Kia of Victorville 3 stars
