2020 Dodge Durango SXT Plus AWD

I recently financed an SUV from Nielsen Ford and have only positive things to say. I can’t speak for all of the salesmen there but I worked with Angel and he was very personable and easy to work with. I first arrived with my husband and youngest daughter but the vehicle I wanted to look at was at one of their other dealerships which they immediately drove to retrieve. I came back later that day with just my 10 year daughter. We were treated wonderfully, someone was always asking if we wanted water, tea, coffee snacks. The sales manager Louis was transparent with all of the numbers from start to finish and very attentive to all of the customers. It was approaching dinner time and they even ordered pizza for my daughter and I which I felt was above and beyond. When we met with finance it was quick and the numbers were all the same, he even threw in gap insurance at no extra cost. I love my new 2020 Traverse and would definitely recommend working with Angel!

Bought a used 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Salesman Pat and sales manager Louis were top notch. Kept me informed while vehicle was in prep. Was amazed how much was done to make sure the Jeep was safe. New tires and brakes all around, and lots of other stuff. The Jeep looks like a new vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from Nielsen Ford in NJ from NC over the phone and online. Fred, Louis, and Vito were all professional and extremely helpful throughout the process. The pricing was fair and the entire purchasing experience was efficient and just about as easy as it could possibly be. I paid for a 3rd party inspection of the vehicle and arranged that with Fred. We finalized the deal over the phone and signed the contract and other paperwork electronically. I would definitely consider purchasing from Nielsen Ford again.
