I love Hyundai! I am on my 3rd (2013 Elantra, 2017 Elantra, and now 2022 Kona)- my experience with Hyundai dealers (one purchase from Laurel Hyundai and another from College Park Hyundai) hasn't been the most positive but the cars are great so I keep coming back. My experience with Byron at Bob Bell was the most positive experience I have had buying a car. He was honest and I didn't feel pressured into anything. I came prepared and he was respectful and patient throughout the process. He remained in communication and checked in on me after my purchase to make sure everything was good. After being told I would have to go to the DMV to get a duplicate title from the finance guy (I forgot his name), she processed everything and communicated when my plates and registration was complete saving me trip to the DMV.
