My name is Geoff, I found a 2018 Ford Escape online and went down to Phoenix to test Drive and met Chloe. She help me through the initial test drive. I was looking at multiple cars. Chloe followed through with great follow up. I ended buying the vehicle from GearMax rather than one from a private party. Here is where it gets good...I had an issue with the car the next morning and immediately brought it back to the Glendale location which has a Repair facility. Chloe continued the follow up along with the GM. It wasn't a minor fix and it took a few more days than they planned to get it completely right and Chloe continued with the follow up each day (which isn't easy) with grace and a smile. They made everything right with the repair and getting me a car to use in the mean time. Thanks for a great experience and thanks for making it right. Much appreciated!! The scariest part is what would have happened if I bought that car from a private party? Thanks again GearMax team!
