2019 Dodge Durango SXT AWD Plus

I have been a loyal customer with this very friendly car dealership. They are very flexible and always very quickly responsive when I have a concern or questions. Their vehicles are gorgeous and seem to be alway very well maintained. They are pretty easy to work thru and if your looking for nice vehicle and looking to get into one quickly I highly recommend them for your next set of wheels and I look forward in continuing my relationship with this dealership in the future.

This will be my first ever auto sales review! I'd like to start off by saying that against all odds, my bad credit, my fairly short work history with my current employer, my low income, and the little amount of money i had for a down payment that the amazing salesman Austin was STILL able to not only get me a car I could afford but its a 2019 Prius! I NEVER expected to get a car this new, nor one that's essentially gonna pay for itself in gas savings. I spent probably 6 to 7 hours with them that day, and they went through every possible option trying their hardest to make it work. Their dedication and their focus on me as a customer stood out the most. I will admit I was a nervous wreck the entire time. I always had the thought in the back of my head that I just didn't have good enough credit, income, or work history to pull off getting a car. Each time Austin told me that a bank or financial institution wouldn't take me it was a blow to my confidence. But merely and hour or so before they were going to close their office for the day they were able to pull it off! From the bottom of my heart I'd like to thank Austin and the entire HAS team that worked constantly for hours, and spent the time to chat with me and distract my mind during the process that day. They showed dedication, compassion, empathy, and professionalism the entire time and earned every single star on this review. They also earned a loyal customer, and I'll be recommending them to everyone I know! Great at answering questions, response time, vehicle selection and financing options. I went in after doing research online and things went fast and smooth. He was fully prepared for my visit.
