2013 Dodge Durango SXT AWD

Purchased a used 2013 Silverado from them sight. I bought it sight unseen after they sent me a few photos and videos. Flew down to pick it up and it was exactly as described no surprises. Paperwork was done in less than 15 minutes. Danny & John were real friendly and nice to work with.

We bought a 2012 Dodge Ram Diesel from Danny and John at the beginning of November. Not even 24 hours after our purchase the turbo went out. Danny and John went above and beyond to get the part replaced, and get the truck running right before returning it. Not only did they hold off on the pay off to our old truck to make sure that the new one could be taken care of, but they then expedited the process to ensure that the old truck was paid off before our payment date, and even offered to make the payment if we missed the date and had to make the payment. This is our second truck that we have purchased from Platinum, and we would purchase another one from them when the time comes. They made the buying process quick, easy and painless and took care of us even once the sale was complete with proper communication and care.

Great experience at this local Dealer. Called and checked that car was in stock, it was. Spoke to Danny. Fair and honest, zero issues, no pressure. Quick test drive on my own.
