2014 Dodge Durango SXT Plus AWD

I cannot praise highly enough the service of Onward Auto in Willits, California. The work they do is top-notch in every regard and very very reasonable, underpricing any other place I've ever used. Equal to and perhaps even better than their mechanical service is the kindness, consideration and over-all caring of AJ himself. What a fine, honest and trustworthy person he is! A few years back he replaced a cracked intake manifold on my 2011 Kia Sorrento at half the price I was quoted anywhere else. Recently, he diagnosed a blown engine on my 2008 Lexus RX350. As the engine was blown, I obviously had to leave it there -- not only did AJ allow me to store the car there for no charge but he found me a buyer and sold the vehicle for parts. Talking about "going above and beyond the call of duty" -- Thank you, AJ!

If I could give 10 stars I would! AJ is extremely competent, thorough, honest, trustworthy, and has taken so much of his time to explain things to me every step of the way. When I first went in (which was on recommendation from someone else who trusts him implicitly,) he actually showed me exactly what was happening with my brakes so I could make an informed decision. More recently, when I brought my car in, he diagnosed the problem within an hour, and was honest enough to tell me the car wasn't worth fixing. Highly recommend!

Was passing through Willets and my truck threw an error code related to fuel delivery. AJ ran the diagnostics code for me and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the issue. Although, he could not complete the work because he was fully booked he recommended a shop that specialized in diesel trucks and they are currently working on it. Much appreciated!
