I had a great experience working with United Auto Sales. Their pricing on the vehicle I picked was completely covered with the document fees by my loan. The pricing is very close to market value so I had no problem financing. I ended up getting approved through my bank. I had checked with their finance department as well to find the best rate. Which they were very informative and helpful with that process. No BS. They also had the ac recharged at no cost. AC more than likely just wasn't used as we are in AK. There was no pushiness. Just great help. Signing documents were explained to me clearly and the salesman person was very nice and helpful. They also stayed late, I showed up late, even though they were supposed to close. Would highly recommend.
From the first call, United Auto Sales staff were helpful and understood our need. After over two years of looking, the vehicle we needed was there on their lot, and we wanted it in our driveway. From the first call to United after seeing the vehicle on Marketplace, to driving it home was 4 days. This is a business who listens and works together for us, the customer. United Auto Sales understands the rule of successful business-- find a need and fill it. They went out of their way to accommodate our arrival to Anchorage. We have made new friends. I recommend to anyone needing an exceptional vehicle, give United Auto Sales a call. We will take our business there. They are busy, know what they are doing, know their vehicles and probably have what you need.
