2016 Dodge Durango SXT Plus AWD

Ever since they worked on my clutch kit, my shifter know has been lose, and can't be tightened because it's stripped. Small thing but definitely annoying.

Jesse at Red Rock Auto of Watford City did amazing helping me get into my first car! He walked me through the entire process and answered every question I had. He was an amazing sales consultant! He was very helpful and I would definitely shop with them again in the future!

Came to Watford City for a hockey tournament,and to DJ at L&M Office bar. My truck was having overheating issues. Bought a sensor. Didn't have all the tools to change it out. Riley came to the hotel after he got off work helped me finish changing the sensor. Still having overheating issues. Said he belives it's a stuck thermostat. Tried to help me get a thermostat in town was unable. I took my wife's van to Williston got a thermostat. He had me come to his personal garage and helped me change the thermostat and purged the system. Took a total of about 5 hours between both days. Didn't even ask for a payment just wanted to help me get back on the road so I could get back to Devils Lake. Outstanding customer service!!!! I would have given 10 stars if I could. When I'm looking for a new vehicle I will be looking at Red Rock Auto first, And will drive 4 hours from Devils Lake, just buy a vehicle from here. Riley thank you again for going way out of your way to help me out.
