Flew out from Dallas to purchase a car. Nothing but great hospitality. From being picked up from the airport to finalizing the deal with my man Edward! Highly recommend purchasing a car from here and asking for Edward! Great salesman 10/10 experience!

Our initial impression of the dealership was good. We felt welcomed and comfortable and a salesman greeted us quickly. Our salesman, Jordan, was awesome! He listened to what I wanted and helped me find my new (used) car. We spent a lot of time together since we were there from about 9-4 and although he wasn't with us the whole time he was with us most of the time. He was easy to make conversation with and answered any questions we had. I'd recommend asking for Jordan if you go to the dealership. Our finance advisor was also great! His office was a nice respite from the warm lobby (he had like, 3 fans!)! He also wasn't high pressure about any add-ons which was nice. Some of the worst car buying experiences we've ever had were because of the finance advisor. I would have given less stars if it hadn't been for these 2 people. The sales manager, William, was a typical salesman and although he seemed friendly, it was obvious our needs were not his priority and he came across as insincere and condescending.

My experience here was a little frustrating, but overall good. Walked around the entire lot, and even in and out of both buildings, to look for a salesman to help me buy a truck. I don't know if they are just passive salesman, or if they were just that busy both days I went. Eventually, on day 2, I flagged someone down from across the lot, and he helped me out with a test drive. I had done my research prior, and was 99% sure on the exact truck before I arrived. Took a lot longer to buy the truck, than what I have experienced at smaller dealerships. Again, it might have been that way due to being busy. I didn't feel too pressured for the standard "add-ons" or warranties, but they did try. Time will tell how good this dealership is, when I bring the truck in for service/maintenance.
