Michael was fantastic every step of the way. He helped us find our perfect Volvo, quickly and efficiently. A little over a year ago we test drove but couldn’t trade our car in yet, he checked in with us a few times without pressure which was great! Then this week we reached out to him and were able to make a deal happen! He got us a great deal on a fantastic car and worked hard to get it done. Exceptional service!!! Candace Snyder had several cars lined up for me to test drive before I got there. She was not pushy and let me take all the time I needed in making a decision. My first time leasing a car and I chose a Volvo. Two years into my lease, I got a flat tire on Father's Day on my way home from visiting my Father's grave site. She called me on the phone and walked me through the process making me feel comfortable and helped make the situation effortless.
