I have now bought 2 cars from here. To start the owner seems like he reviews every purchase himself. Of both cars that I have bought over the last 4.5 years he has been great, allowing me to look over the car and appraise it myself with no pressure to buy. He has always provided me with complete information for the cars I am interested in. The first car I bought was unfortunately involved in an accident, but this was the first place I looked afterward to replace it, because of the process and how well I was treated previously. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle to look here first; I have always been treated well.
Best car buying experience every. The owner was very polite and there was no pressure at all. He was patient and showed me the car, answered all my questions. It was completely different than my previous car buying experience. Also other dealerships were charging me 700$ for car registration fees and said they cant help it, its Washington. However the owner said that's a scam. He only charged me 500 dollars, and the actual WA registration cost was 496$. So he refunded me back 4$. That is so transparent. I recommend him.
This is going to sound crazy, but buying a car from Han was the best interpersonal experience I've had in quite some time. There is zero pressure, he speaks to you in plain understandable terms, and most importantly projects a tremendous decency and honesty. Working with Han was a pleasure and I would absolutely do business with him again in the future.
