We've had quite a few vehicles over the years, but this is one of the best purchases. We actually bought the Jeep 2 years ago. Virginia Auto Outlet has been super. From the purchase from Michael, who's no longer there, to the management & finance staff, to the service department, all superb. The Jeep originally came with a bad part, which didn't affect performance, that took quite a whole to come in from Chrysler. Virginia Auto Outlet was very patient with me during the wait. Once repaired, this Jeep performs like a champ. I love it! The next time we need another family vehicle, we'll be going to Virginia Auto Outlet. A very big shout-out to the ladies at the service desk!!!
