We were 3hrs from the dealership so he took the time to send me an inside and outside 3 minute video about the condition and features of the Ram! I can’t say enough about the guys from this dealership! Todd made my experience here the most enjoyable and pressure free! After the purchase I mentioned that I was just bummed that it didn’t come with the rubber mats. Todd ordered them from his personal Amazon account and had them shipped to my front door!!
