Well, I live in NOVA one hour from this place. My 2012 Kia Optima died on the way to VT. I did take it to this dealer and it turned out the engine was blown. How lucky I was.. the Kia was covered under recall. They repaired my car and now I'm with it planning to drive another 150K. Everyone at the dealer I spoked to were so nice... Excellent service. Was in for recall check. They also checked my car over. Fixed a light. And enquired about maintenance work. ( I was up to date) my car is 15 years old, 186,000 miles, and still runs great. Customer service was also awesome when I got there.
