I was in an accident in TN on vacation and called Rusty Wallace Chevrolet (as I was passing through Clinton) to see if they can look over my vehicle to make sure it was safe before my 6 hour trek home. They were able to get me in right away and went over the vehicle with me discussing the safety mechanisms and ultimately made my vehicle safe to get me home! From customer service rep to the shop foreman everyone was super nice and helpful. This was hands down the best experience at a dealer and would totally consider making the drive down to Rusty Wallace Chevrolet for my next purchase! I wish they were in my home town for routine maintenance as they are all super nice, honest and trustworthy!! I 100% recommend them!!
