2025 Dodge Durango GT AWD

Rhis was my 1st buying experience with Briggs. Paddy my salesman was Awesome and he went out of his way to help me make this truck mine. My excitement to get thIs 2018 GMC Sierra was brought down several notches the day after I drove it off the lot. It had been certified good to go. It drove fine on the short test drive. But about 175 miles into a trip to central Ks the front end started shaking at highway speed. Took it to a shop in Lyons Ks and they put it on their alignment rack to inspect the front wnd. I had to replace both upper and lower ballnjoints, both inner and outer tie rods, control arms, pitman arm, etc. The estimate came to.just over 2,000. The sales manager Brad approved the repair and promised immediate payment. It took 3 days to get the shop their money. It seems to me the dealership hid the front end damage behind new front tires. But, they made it right. So far no other issues really. Rhe truck should serve me well in my new business. Also the sales team lustened to my needs anf allowed my buddy to help with negotiations. They worked hard to get me the right deal. Overall a 3.5 out of 5.
