Rich & Hilary Shemwell were amazing to deal with! We brought in our 2021 Toyota RAV4, still under warranty, in to trade for a 15 Ford Expedition. Yes that seems odd, but we were wanting to get something that was bigger for our growing family. Hilary was there and offered us an AMAZING value for our RAV4. We test drove the Expedition and it was exactly what we were looking for. We drove back up the next day after Rich and his son meticulously detailed the vehicle for us, sent it to the Ford dealer to take care of an active recall, and filled it up with fuel! We already had some travel plans for the weekend and drove the vehicle over 1500 miles round trip and it was amazing!
