Love the car. Love the staff. Everyone was great from the moment my wife and I entered the door. So I brought in my car for a regular check up and I was told I needed a new engine because of a manufacturer defect. The process to replace my engine was very smooth. Customer service was great. I received the loaner car. I kept getting updates on the progress of the vehicle. My representative knolan Was very helpful and kept texting and reaching out to let me know the timeline and the progress of the engine swap. I was very satisfied with the entire process.
