2024 Dodge Durango GT Plus AWD

My visit with Findlay Honda was amazing. It started with the men out in the service reception area. I was greeted by a couple of men with friendly smiles. I shared with them my problem and they said we will take a look at it. And then, in the waiting area, there were so many friendly people. I had my little dog with me. They greeted her. Someone brought her a bone. They showed me where the water was for her. Then as I walked around, I saw a play area for children, a book library that was very inviting. There were snack for those of us who were waiting. This is the best reception and waiting area I have ever been in. They were not able to fix my problem there, but that was not an issue that could be taken care of. It was a code that they hadn’t seen before there. I was told I could go ahead and drive my car home safely and get it looked at at home with all the printouts that were given to me. I could not have asked for a better experience.

We went to do some "window shopping" and start looking, test driving and researching a few different makes and models that day when we came to Findlay Honda. The staff was friendly greeted us with open arms and asked a few great questions. In the end they stayed late and offered us a deal we could not refuse. It was a great decision we made and would recommend Findlay Honda to anyone interested in a Honda that wants to stay local! They take care of you!

Great service from the sales team. Knowledgeable about their cars and not pushy at all. I believe they gave me the best deal possible and I felt great walking out of there with a new car for my kids. Also got a tour of their sales department and instructions on how to create appointments. Seems like a great sales and service team. I recommended Findlay Honda to a couple of people already.
